Counselling by Correspondence

It is the policy of TETRAKTYS to maintain counselling services by personal contact, for the efficiency of consultation process. But, in case of a need, particularly when the client is not able to be present, correspondence may be utilized.

After the request of the client, as stated in the submitted Client Data Form, reports may be conveyed by e-mail, fax, or by post. Reports can be in any format, ranging from plain ASCII text to HTML or PDF. But MS-Word document format is proven to be the most convenient, and preferred as regular form, with 10 pt of standard Times New Roman TTF, and single line spacing  (like this text), in A4 format. Each full sheet is counted $ 20, and the length of the report is according to the selected program price. For clients who wish to receive reports with larger font sizes or with wide spacing and bold margins, the above-defined regular format will be converted without extra charges. Principally, we do not attach charts or graphics to our reports, but in case of a need, they are counted in A4 format compatibility.

Reports are prepared in English or German, after the choice of the client. English as internationally accepted lingua franca, and German as Hochdeutsch.

The content and style of the reports may differ according to the matter in question. But, as a rule, we refrain using scientific or astrological terminology and descriptions, unless it is required by the client. We assume that clients are capable of daily usage of the selected language. Reports for medical assistance are prepared in full professional style. We do not provide any astrological data, as a part of the counselling program.

A consultation limited to 1-3 hours may not be sufficient in cases when major undertakings are at hand. Therefore, a long-term consultation is mostly recommended, which enables the client to receive an updated and detailed advice, anytime the present consequences require. Extended consultation provides a full management of the subject in query, by applying on-time adjustments, and utilizing modified strategies fit to the present conditions. It simply enables the counselling service ready for use any time you need to.

For this purpose, an extended program is set, which will be effective right after the presentation of the basic report for the time interval, according to the program type, as listed above. Extended consultation is available only for Program B and D, and the fees listed above in [one hour] column are charged extra, when this special application is included.

During extended consultation, it is up to the client's choice to arrange the sequence of additional meetings, according to the program type, counting 30 minutes for each month. As an example, you may wish to be consulted continuously during twelve months, after receiving for instance a two hours meeting for $ 160. Extended consultation will be then six hours in total, but costs only $ 120, giving you the opportunity to receive additional one hour meeting in each two months. It is up to your preference to specify the timing of these additional meetings, by fixing an appointment through a telephone call.

Sometimes, there are certain episodes in a life span, which require extensive and continual care, provided for the person subject to it. The type of the incident may be of anything good or bad: Ranging from a trial, an illness to a felicity or a venture.

For this purpose, an intensive case-sensitive program is developed, available any time for our clients, who have previously taken one of the essential programs listed above. During intensive consultation, the probable progress of the presented matter will be scrutinized to its minute detail - considering all variations - and reported to the client on a day-by-day basis. Time intervals for examination are counted in ten-day blocks. Each costs $ 100.

The benefit of this program is that you may ask the additional advice of your counsellor any time by phone during this specified period, without any extra charge. 

Intensive consultation meetings are arranged after appointments, counting 30 minutes for each ten-day blocks. For instance, if you wish to scrutinize the possible outcome of one month in the very future, you will be presented a day-by-day analysis for this period, with all variances, and with best fitting strategies to manage the matter with success. The meeting for this purpose then takes one and half an hour, and only a sum of $ 300 will be charged for this meeting. The specified period for intensive consultation cannot exceed 60 days.

For it is possible to determine the course of an action, through studying the moment of its commencement, a reverse computation makes it also possible to determine the appropriate moment to begin, in order to obtain desired results from that action, so far the configurations fit to that purpose are found at a given period of time.

Electional consultation reports are presented in written form, during a meeting, and the astrological timing is decided preferably together with the client, according to context of the report.
