MENTAL DISORDERS
Introduction Our methods have been superfluously associated with the branch parapsychology, by some orthodox scientists, and mostly without any explanation. Therefore, a short definition became necessary. Parapsychology is a 20th century innovation to suggest something beyond the mind or mental processes, or beyond the norms of the nature as paranormal. In fact, both the mind and the nature is a boundless whole, and some of the phenomena cannot be set apart just because they are not explicable with the present academic knowledge. Passage of a cargo jet, for instance, might be regarded as a token of gods within a tribe. But, that "big roaring bird" is a paranormal phenomenon only for that tribe. In this sense, we deal with the paranormal or with the supernatural, and although reluctantly, we apply these terms due to their common use. That is, we are not trying to find solutions for the problems we do not understand, because we are not members of the tribe. Methods The distinctive feature is the in-vivo utilization of certain tools of detection, which operate beyond the known boundaries of medical sciences. In simple words, our methods urge the physician to engage its own self for detecting the patient's condition, instead of employing some agents. It includes a simulation program, in which the physician becomes able to understand the condition, by altering itself into a similar state of existence. Since the possibility of vulnerability is extremely high with this discipline, the physicians should be fully aware of the circumstances, and be protected accordingly. Such an immune condition can be achieved only by a certain alteration of the consciousness, and requires more than being informed about the techniques. It depends on the fundamental potency of the physician. It is the method of all medical sciences, to examine the condition of the patient by engaging extraneous devices and receiving allusive results. The physician remains always in the position of an outsider, in regard to the problem of the patient. It is something like analyzing the scent of a rose by the aid of high-tech equipments to its minute detail, without being able to smell it. You may write a book on the scent of a rose, based on your aided examinations, but remain totally ignorant of the smell itself. Understanding the condition of a mentally disturbed person is something similar to this. When you are an outsider, the problem becomes always an enigma for you. It is possible to categorize and compare the facts, produce logical conclusions, and apply them to further cases. But, the essence of the problem remains always obscured. The alternative method applied here is not about using the physician as a guinea pig. It is like using the olfactory system directly to smell the rose, instead of employing some irrelevant devices. If the question is to understand the scent of the rose, the appropriate medium is simply your nose. Here, we follow the same procedure, and engage the appropriate one. If the subject is the mental condition of a patient and not the rose, you will then use your mind instead of your nose, of course. The paradigm may seem discrepant for the outsiders, since you cannot smell the mentality of a person with your mind. But, there are some techniques for it, if you follow the paradigm as a neat metaphor.
Mental and Physical Problems For the sake of an academic explanation, it may be defined as a bio-magnetic field of an interacting immune system, on which our classification of medical conditions is based. A field that is not limited with the boundaries of the physical body, and of its physical environment. That is, our description of aetiology differs entirely from the medical point of view, and the definition of symptomatology is not restricted to physical evidence. But, that does not mean that we cope with incubus and succubus! Accordingly, we do not classify the disorders as mental or physical. For example, a virus may seem to cause pneumonia, or genetic abnormality may lead to mental retardation. The question here is, what causes the patient to suffer under this condition. Yet, it is not the virus or the chromosome, but the necessity of such a "window of perception" for the person to experience something, which is not a necessity for the other healthy one. If this fact can be understood, the next step will be how to change the pattern without distorting the "window", unless the suffering factor is not a requisite part of it. But, the matter is very complicated. Since the individual cannot be isolated from its environment, care should be taken for not intervening in the "windows" of other related healthy ones. Besides the aetiological discrimination, symptoms give a clue to the query of why this individual needs such a "window", what the necessity potentials of other windows are with this person, and how far the limits of this pattern can be altered. A proper clinical diagnosis is a good reference to the type of "window" the patient needs. But, allocating a disorder to a diagnostic category is irrelevant. Because, although human physical bodies seem similar to each other, the personalities are unique. For instance, trigeminal neuralgia has no aetiology, known only by its symptoms, and can be cured sometimes with an anticonvulsant, or alcohol injection, etc.. But the facial bio-magnetic field patterns are entirely different in each patient. It is not a psychogenic disorder, yet it is the result of several prolonged mental diseases. When a "window" is opened, it may call other windows after a while, which are potential but dormant within the person's inventory. And this process can be manipulated. But, there is not such a category of pattern conditions. Every individual has a unique pattern combination, which can be understood only after a specific examination. In order to understand this mechanism, the student should know the meaning of personality beyond its psychological definition, the fact behind the so-called re-incarnation hypothesis, the origin of the terms soul and spirit apart from spiritualism and religious dogmas, etc..
Consultation A consultation can be done only if the client had a previous and a proper medical treatment, yet without any relief. Because, today's conventional medical treatment techniques are proven to be successful in most cases, although their progress is bound to technology. On the other hand, it should be noted that the incompetent medics of the undeveloped countries usually fail to apply a proper treatment, and the patient suffers accordingly. We have a large archive showing what badly educated and uncontrolled diploma holders can manage in an undeveloped country like Turkey. In such cases, we refer the client to the institutions of modern countries. Clients are expected to apply with a medical file (prescriptions, reports, lab results, EEG & ECG records, MR charts, X-ray films, etc.). A detailed history of the illness, with applications, and hospitalization period (if any) are also required for re-examining the clinical diagnosis. Physical examination is not necessary in most cases. But the presence of the patient is a requisite, even if the communication may not be possible for some reason. It should be mentioned also that TETRAKTYS is specialized primarily on mental disorders, and secondarily on the diseases of the nervous system. We do not cure the diseases, but assist the client in understanding its condition, and help it to awake its consciousness, so that the individual can be able to alleviate the pain, sorrow, or distress, without the aid of a drug. It is also possible for the progressed individuals to enter into a new realm of perception, by applying our methods.
Environmental Problems Environment is the total surroundings or external conditions, in which the individual lives, and which influences its development and behaviour. It is a definition of the macro-cosmos (universe) by the micro-cosmos (man). The physical or known part of the environment is what the person perceives in everyday life. But, the unknown part of it is what the person is not aware of, because of its dull state of consciousness. Problems pertaining to the known part of the environment are solved by conventional methods. For example, you call the plumber when your tap drips, or change your bank when they fail to pay the bills, or take a cruise to get away from the city clamor. It is all easy, because you know how to deal with these problems by recognizing them. But, when the problem arises from the unknown part of the environment, it will not be that easy to get rid of it. For example, you turn the lights off, and go to bed. After a moment, the entrance light turns on. Same thing happens next night, and you call an electrician. He founds nothing wrong. But it occurs again and again. Or, it may happen something more uncanny. The firm you are working for, moves to a new building. After a few weeks, all the personnel begin to complain about a continuous disturbing whisper, where there is no physical evidence for it. Or, whenever a certain person comes to visit you, all members of the family feel exhausted after an hour, although the poor visitor is not a bit of annoyance. The solutions of these kinds of problems are also in the unknown part of the environment, but they cannot be detected by employing conventional methods. In fact, the external conditions surrounding an individual cannot be considered as a set of irrelevant random occurrences. Whether the individual is aware or not of its total surrounding, the environment is an answer to its deeds, and acts as a mirror to reflect its personality. On the other hand, other individuals and (known or unknown) related entities are also a part of the environment, which acts as a mirror or a responder. You see yourself in that mirror, but you see yourself in their color patterns. Or, you get an answer, but you get it in their languages. For example, if you expose your naked body to the sunshine near a lake, you will enjoy the sunbeams, but you should endure the mosquito bites also, since they like to suck your blood, and the lake is their homeland. If you insist to stay there all uncovered, you may not be able to enjoy the sunshine, which is a necessity for you, and begin to struggle with the mosquitoes all day long. Suppose, you cannot leave the lake, and do not see the mosquitoes also. What would you do then, to cover yourself? All you can do is either to leave the matter to the Almighty, and pray while struggling, or be content with the silly idea that all you face is a prescribed requisite for you to learn something. The environment is the aquarium, and you are one of the aquatic creatures living in it. The type of aqua is emotions here, issued by each being, and penetrating into the sphere of the others. If you live in a clear and distilled part of the aquarium, your emotional pattern will be fortified. But, if the water in your region is muddy and filthy, it will not be easy for you to survive without the aid of a filter. For example, in a city like Istanbul, there are more than sixteen million inhabitants, and 95 % of them are newcomers from different undeveloped rural parts of the country. Because of being alien to each other, and incapable to live in an organized manner, these creatures are under deep stress, and their emotional patterns are vacillating between anger and anxiety. This is a frenzy situation, and requires immediate care. No individual can survive it without protecting its aura. But, the situation is not hopeless, at all. You may change the environment, as long as you can change yourself, or vice versa. And the procedure of causing a change in anything, depends on certain laws pertaining to the cosmos, which includes both the environment and you. If you cannot produce any change, due to the overcoming potential of the environment, you can protect yourself by applying certain methods.
Consultation Examination of the environment is essential for determining the appropriate method to eradicate the problem. If the case presents a local intrusion of non-human beings, after a set of operations, a radical and permanent result may be obtained, without disturbing the emotional pattern of the subject person. But, in such cases where other (living or deceased) individuals of the society are the source of the problem (which is seen statistically more common than the former type), the matter requires cooperation of the client. Since, in most cases, the problem arises because of unconsciously propelled desires or cravings, which create a sympathetic vortex, and evoke the disturbing element, accordingly. In some cases, the client may be advised to change its resident, or to remove an object. Residents in the vicinity of an ancient altar, tomb, religious monument, or a place of a former causality, mass murder, etc. are under a flow of dense vibrations, for some time. These vibrations may be harmful for certain individuals, although they may be extremely beneficial for the others. In case of a detected harm, it is more feasible to leave for good, instead of trying to clean the place. Recently, objects such as talismans, ancient statuettes, gemstones, etc. are frequently found in the possession of some clients, due to their so-called magical or supernatural effects. These objects may be a source of certain vibrations, if properly charged or shaped. But, if these objects are loaned, improperly charged or carelessly selected (particularly valid for the gemstones), the result may be unexpected. Therefore, it is advised to remove this sort of objects, when the examination confirms any harmful vibration. On the other hand, it is observed in some cases that the problem, which is presented by the client as an environmental one, appears to be mental or physical one, after a short examination, and refers to the previously described consultation type. If the decision of the client is insistent and conflicts with ours, consultations may be refused. We do not prepare talismans or formulate spells. Sorcery is out of the scope of consultation, and should not be requested.
Fees If the consultation does not include any treatment, a written report will be presented after the examination of the problem, and costs $ 100 per case. Treatment fees may vary between $ 100 - 400, according to the type of the method and the length of the duration. For distant places in Istanbul, an extra $ 20 is charged for each visit. Out of Istanbul, all expenses will be covered by clients.
Notes We are neither parapsychologists nor doctors of medicine, but familiar with the theories and practical applications in these branches. Our methods are unconventional, and based on a tradition of a forgotten past. We do not prescribe any medicaments or drugs. If the examination confirms that a certain conventional medical treatment will answer to the needs of the client, it is immediately referred to a related institution. Hypnotism does not take a part in our treatments, and we are not in favour of any methods of regression or ecmnesie. Ambiguous innovations such as former incarnations or someone's bad or good karma, are not included in our vocabulary. But, stories based on such assumptions are taken into consideration. It should be emphasized again that absurdities such as exorcism, formulating spells, preparing talismans or elixirs, praying for the help of spirits or for the miracle of any Almighty, banishing or evoking rituals, channeling, getting in contact with extraterrestrials or any other aliens, etc. are irrelevant to our methods.
