Please do not forget to include your full name and phone number, when leaving messages to the tape recorder. If you leave your message before the final beep sound that indicates the recorder is available, you may not receive a call.

Unscheduled telephone calls do not get immediate response, and conversations should not exceed 5 minutes unless being a requisite of a counselling program.

All fees are fixed, charged in advance, and in US $. Cheques are not accepted, and please do not bargain.

Payments are not reimbursable after unattended appointments, and postponements should occur at least 72 hours beforehand.

For counselling services, a certain amount of discount may only be applied to those who are not capable to cover it, but confronted with an urgent vital problem.

Appointments are as scheduled for everybody. Priority of rank or position cannot change the schedule.

Unscheduled visits, or intoxicated, interruptive, troublesome visitors are not accepted under any circumstances.

Children under twelve, and pet animals are not allowed. We do not provide a waiting room for early visitors. Clients are expected to arrive on time, as appointed. Consultation period cannot be extended for late visitors.

Smoking is not preferable, and alcoholic beverages or refreshments should not be asked for, during sessions.

It is strongly recommended to refrain from consuming malodorous ingredients (such as garlic or onion) before the sessions, and from taking off the shoes at the entrance. Devout clients are expected to care to practice their religious observances out of the session hours. That is; supplying prayer rugs, veiling pictures or serving dishes on fasting days is not possible.

TETRAKTYS has the full right and privilege to refuse any applicant without being obliged to give an explanation. In such cases, incurred payments are immediately reimbursed.
