Definition of Elements
A significant and rare configuration will take place in the second half of August, 2003, which occurs probably not for a second time during the span of present civilization: The Sun, Venus, Jupiter, and Regulus (a-Leonis) will be forming a very close conjunction, opposing to Uranus. Additionally, Mars will be close to Uranus, and during conclusion of this event, Moon will be visiting the dissolved quadruplet. Sidereal orbit period of Jupiter is 4,332.589 days, and it takes round 11.86 years for Jupiter to visit Regulus in the sky. But, the sidereal conjunction period of Sun and Jupiter is round 1.09211 tropical years. Thus, to see the conjunction in the vicinity of Regulus, first order sequence gives 11 conjunctions after 12 years 4.8 days with +3.84 arc degrees progress. In long terms, after 949 years 15.4 days with +1.68 arc degrees progress. Second order sequence gives 76 conjunctions after 83 years 122 minutes with -0.90 arc degrees regress. [1] Again, sidereal orbit period of Venus is 224.701 days, and by applying the same formula, it can be found that after 8 years -2.3 days with -1.01 or +6.24 arc degrees (regress at superior and progress at inferior conjunction), the Sun and Venus appear in the vicinity of the same star. But, Venus is an interior planet, and after 4 years -1.2 days with -0.50 or +3.14 arc degrees regress or progress, a superior conjunction appears after the inferior one, or vice versa. In long terms, after 1199 years 16.6 days with -0.05 or +0.94 arc degrees distance, the Sun and Venus appear near Regulus. Second order sequence gives 251 years 109 minutes with -1.42 or +8.86 arc degrees distance. In heliocentric terms, Venus and Jupiter conjunctions are relatively frequent (~237 days). But, calculating the possible cycles of triple conjunctions in geocentric terms is not that simple. For instance, latitude of Venus may extend up to 9.5°. Therefore, we leave this subject to another article, and become satisfied with the results here. The proper motion of Regulus can be ignored in rough calculations, for the difference is -1' in about 238 years advance. Best fitting nearest similar occurrence took place round 510 years ago. The combined relative cycle pattern is ( 2 × 251 + 8 ) for Venus, and ( 6 × 83 + 12 ) for Jupiter. Namely, 510 years -2.2 days with -3.85 or +22.17 arc degrees, and 510 years +5.3 days with -1.53 arc degrees. Here is the list of 510 years cycle events with angular distances:
Sidereal orbit period of Uranus is 30,685.4 days, and it takes round 84.01 years for Uranus to return to the same point. Jupiter-Uranus heliocentric mean cycle is round 13.8125 years, with about 59.2° advance. Thus, after 6 cycles (82.875 years) with -4.88° regress, the configuration appears heliocentrically almost at the same place. After 444 cycles (6132.7 years) with -1.17° regress. In geocentric terms, Uranus appears in opposition to Regulus and Sun at round 84.00 years intervals, with -2.55 arc minutes regress. But, for the same interval, the case for Jupiter is round 83.00 years with -0.90 arc degrees regress. This one-year gap completes one short-term Jupiter cycle after 1008 years, which is 1008y+13.7d for Uranus with -0.51°, and 1008y+5.8d for Jupiter with -6.91°. This 1008-year term corresponds to 4×251+4 cycle pattern of Venus, which is 1008y-0.9d with -6.18° or +31.80°. The sequence of Sun-Venus-Jupiter-Regulus quadruplet with Uranus in opposition occurrences with angular distances are as listed below:

Average values show that the configuration is a very compact one, rare to see at any other time in the present history. An animation of the configuration can be found in tools section.
Meridian Passage and Rising of the Elements
Generally, a dense configuration on the horizon produces rapid change of geographical latitudes, and therefore may be misleading in determining the locations. On the other hand, configurations occurring in long intervals, such as five hundred years or more, do not indicate a local event or a temporal change, but remarkable turning points in the history. But, the nature of the change can be determined by observing the placement of other bodies, after locating the configuration on the great meridian, or eastern horizon. Meridian passage is the culmination point of the body, and denotes the outcome of the change. Rising is the ascending point of the body, and denotes the nature of the change. Two other cardinal points have also additional meanings, but we leave the interpretation of them to the reader. The table below shows possible inhabited latitude ranges for the only rising and setting two bodies, while the configuration is on the great meridian between Aug. 18 and Aug. 27, both at 00h UT. Other bodies, which are rising or setting at extreme latitudes, are not included:
For the convenience of the reader, a sample reading of the tables may be helpful: Third line of second table shows that during the nine days period, Saturn will be rising while Mars is culminating for places with latitudes between of Paris and London, and the remarkable configuration will be about to pass the lower meridian, which means practically local midnight. When the rising and culminating points are occupied by the bodies, the meaning is powerful and clear. But, when the setting and lower culmination points are occupied, the meaning will be less important and obscure. In that sense, our sample with Saturn and Mars is a powerful and enforcing placement but not directly related to the quadruplet, since it will be placed on the lower meridian. The tables below show possible inhabited latitude ranges for the only two bodies placed on the meridian, while the configuration is rising or setting between Aug. 18 and Aug. 27, both at 00h UT. Other bodies, which are placed on the meridian at extreme latitudes, are not included:

An additional table is also included below to show the binary meridian passages. Such configurations occur when the right ascensions of two bodies are either the same or exactly 180° apart, and can be observable only for that moment and corresponding geographical longitudes:
Sun-Uranus and Venus-Uranus sets constitute an axis rather than a constellation on the meridian, and become a warning signal when a notorious body rests on the east horizon. Saturn and Pluto are confirming this possibility. Sun-Uranus placement on the meridian at local noontime August 24, with Pluto rising gives exactly the coordinates of southern coasts of Chile, and will be effective also for Argentina. It is not unlikely to expect a radical and drastic change in these countries. Next location is indicated by a local midnight while Uranus is culminating at the same moment, when Saturn is rising with the coordinates of Mongolian-Russian border, northeast of Lake Baikal. It seems rather a signal of a natural disaster. But, August 23 Venus-Uranus placement on the meridian cannot be that powerful, and regarded as a mild version of the former set. For the exact moment, Venus culminates over New Zealand when Pluto is rising. It is possible to expect a scandal in this country. Next location for the same moment is north of Ireland, with Saturn rising and Uranus culminating, practically at midnight. A sure sign of another unrest for this country. Other components are those, which are placed only at one corner, and therefore need to be considered only while culminating. Sun-Venus culmination on August 17 with Pluto rising indicates far coasts of southern Australia, which is not inhabited. Culmination of Venus-Jupiter on August 21 with Pluto rising, again gives coordinates of south of Indian Ocean. Sun-Jupiter culmination on August 22 with Pluto rising, gives coordinates of southeast Pacific Ocean.

The quadruplet itself is akin to August 07, 1493 AD case. It was the time, which was quite good described by J. Attali. [2] Those who wish to have a shallow reference information should be satisfied with the name Christopher Colombus, Italian navigator who discovered the New World in the service of Spain while looking for a route to China. Additionally, the term Renaissance applied for the period of European history at the close of the Middle Ages and the rise of the modern world, which was a cultural rebirth from the 14th through the middle of the 17th centuries. 1493 similarity is not based only on the compactness of both configurations, but also on the opposing element. Instead of Uranus, during 1493 configuration, Saturn was the opposing body. Roderigo Borgia became Pope, and the dispersion of the Jews from Spain, by order of the inquisitor-general, took place in 1492. Borgia the Pope published bull Inter Cetera Divina, dividing the New World between Spain and Portugal, in 1493. Charles VIII of France marched down to Rome. Meantime, Leonardo da Vinci's golden years were beginning. New World civilizations were destroyed by European invaders. Ottoman Empire was the nightmare of Europeans. Next in sequence, August 07, 983 AD and August 17, 995 AD were also important. The rule of the nobles in Rome was ended. The spiritual centre of Judaism switched from Mesopotamia to Spain. It was the climax of New World civilizations, such as Mayan and Tiahuanaco. Vikings were vandalizing England. Chinese encyclopedia of 1000 volumes appeared. August 3, 473 AD marks the end of Western Roman Empire (476). Origins of new kingdoms in Europe flourished. Great schism between Western and Eastern Churches began. Alchemy and Neo-Platonism gained great importance. Flowering of Mayan and Tiahuanaco civilizations. August 3, 14 BC and August 3, 38 BC marks the end of Great Egyptian Kingdom (31 BC). Age of Caesar in Rome was ended. Era of greatest expansion of Roman Empire. Herod, king of Judaea. Jews were expecting Messiah to come. Library of Alexandria destroyed by fire.
Possibilities for the Present Configuration
August 23, 2003 is the focusing date of present configuration. Traditionally, when the grater and lesser beneficials (Jupiter and Venus) are conjoining with the Sun, it is supposed to be a great omen. On the other hand, Regulus is said to be the royal star of kings and of great men. R. H. Allen says that the name Regulus was given by Copernicus, as a diminutive of the earlier Rex, equivalent to the Basiliskos of Ptolemy. [3] This was from the belief that it ruled the affairs of the heavens. It was Sharru (King) of Babylonia, Magha (Mighty) of India, Magh (Great) in Sogdiana, Miyan (Centre) in Persia, Malikiyy (Kingly) in Arabia. It is believed to be the leader of the Four Royal Stars or Four Guardians of Heaven. V. E. Robson cites from ancient writers that Regulus the Little King is supposed to be of the nature of Mars, and give violence, destructiveness, and military honour of short duration, with ultimate failure. [4] When we examine the previous cases, the configuration seems more likely to mark a new era in the history of mankind. Probably it is connected with the fate of Kingdoms and Empires. This time, it may suggest the end of the American Empire (U.S.A.) in long terms. In the beginning, many people may suffer under the aggression of this killing machine, and accordingly the Jewish State may enjoy a short prosperity. But, the outcome seems to put an end to the superiority of American Empire, after bitter experience for the rest of the world. On the other hand, we see that each time there is a dramatic change of course in the history of the Jews. The freshly imported abominable New World Order fraud may be remembered in the future as the leading notorious title of this configuration, as well as the epitaph of the American Empire. Within a decade, after Afghanistan and Iraq, we will see massacres and chaos in Venezuela, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, North Korea, Egypt, Belarus, Cuba, Libya, and in the end in U.S.A., all in the name of this New World Order fabrication. Whatever the device may be, in global values, humanity will suffer surely for some time, and we will experience it with no doubt. In present, Middle East seems to be the prey of the American Empire. These disgusting "freedom" operations are already creating a hell for the people in the region. Not so long, but after a decade we will face a terrible world, just because of this blind vengeance of some crooked bloodthirsty beasts, which call the rest of the world as Goyim.
