Although
the title of this page is promising prodigious furtherance, the
essays hereunder may fail to meet the expectations, due to the
elusiveness of the matter on behalf of the reader. The primary aim
of these essays is to furnish the minds of the curious people with
obscured scintilla and blurred flambeaux, so that the awakened one
may proceed unwaveringly, yet the rambling one may stumble right
after the very initial step.
The
expression "antediluvian" here does not serve to recall
the conditions prior to the literal Deluge, as misunderstood by
the multitudes after the book of Bereshith, but to refer to the
arcane message of the phrase "ha-Mabboul maim",
